Who can apply
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
4 Years10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from a recognised board, with the minimum aggregate prescribed by the university.
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
2 Years10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from a recognised board.

- 10th & 12th marksheets and certificates
- Transfer / School Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Character Certificate
- Aadhaar / Government photo ID
- Category / caste certificate (if applicable)
